Why is this election such a hard one to choose

by angrydwarf on August 9, 2010

This coming election is  very hard to choose who to vote for because they are all so crap.

On one hand is the religious nut who would stop a women’s right to choose what she does with her own body, probably throw us back to the 70‘s as far as women’s rights are concerned,  then proceed to deny us the right of free speech, kill internet freedom and  then make it hard for workers and small business. Oh and for good measure will dump the national Broadband initiative which is vital to our nation.

On the other hand is the communist woman who deposed our elected PM and took the job for herself. I despise her for doing that, and because of her lack of loyalty, I do not trust her to treat the Australian people the same way.  She will take our Internet freedom away as well. Whats to stop her taking us from the cener left where our political temperature is set to the far left. A place most Australians would rather not be. Gillard was not elected by Australia and I do not think she is good for our country

It is very heard to choose this election and also very important. The winner is the one who will get the opportunity to screw us for another 4 years. Do I sound cynical? As a matter of fact I am. I am sick of this countries political ineptness.

Politicians are there to represent the Australian people and what they want but they get elected based on the ideas they put forward about how they interpret those wants. Trouble is the ego of the political mind takes over and 9 out of 10 all they do is push the party doctrine and set themselves up for another term in office.

I am sick of it. So here we are a couple of weeks before the election and I want to make my vote count. But I still do not know who is the one I should vote for. What a dilemma!

Government Allows Imported Apples from China

June 15, 2010

I covered this topic on another blog. I think it is important. I wonder sometimes why the Government do some things, the cynical Jim thinks that there are backroom deals and kickbacks. I guess it could be the reason. Perhaps they can feed me the “It’s for the greater good” line. Anyway read my blogpost [...]

2010 Fingers Crossed for a New State Government

January 15, 2010

Happy New Year NSW! The first thing I thought of when I woke up on new years day was that by the end of 2010, we may have ended the tyrannical, oppressive, wasteful and deceitful rein of the worst and most incompetent state government, since the first fleet. I am still amazed by the fact [...]

H1N1 Advice better than 2 to the arm

November 2, 2009

While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps, not fully highlighted in most official communications, can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):

I am not as angry

October 25, 2009

You know lately, with all the economic woes we have experienced both as a nation and myself personally, you would think I would be angrier than ever. I am not. Apart from the Reserve Banks decision to raise interest rates earlier than they should have which is applying more pressure on the mortgaged masses. I [...]
